Mondioring trials offer Brevet, Obedience Only and regular Levels 1,2,& 3 classes at all trials. To prepare for a trial you need a fenced field equipped with various materials, helpers or decoys who are protected by wearing a bite suit, and a dog and handler. On trial day there is also a judge that determines the scoring of the team under the conditions provided for by the rules and regulations and several other people who are assigned jobs that are required within the trial exercises.
Mondioring is said to be a spectator and competitor sport and accessible to a large group of enthusiasts. Mondioring is concise in its description, simple in its practice, and clear in its judgment. The judges are careful never to forget the intent of the sport. Everyone involved must respect the spirit of the rules & regulations and prohibit any abusive interpretation that would be prejudicial to the dog.
All dogs must have a sociability test or a CGC in order to compete in trials.
